Ingredients:
Dry
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp sugar
1Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Wet
2 eggs
2 cups fat free milk
2 tsp vanilla
The Mix-up
1. Mix all dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and mix well.
2. Heat a skillet on medium heat, lightly grease ( Ι only use a bit of butter) and add a small portion of the batter (how much depends on how large you want your pancakes to be)
3. Flip when it bubbles.
